A telecommunications company had a requirement to incentivise and retain third party dealers and agents in order to increase their sales and motivate these third party agents to promote their brand.

Innervation rewards created an online portal for them whereby the INREWARDS Premium Imali card could be used. The portal allowed for the telecommunications company to create an agent code when signing up new agents to the “membership”.

A monthly updated report, based on customisable fields, would then be extracted by Innervation Rewards and sent to the customer, which enabled them to calculate the pay-out amounts owed to individual agents.
