A global motor manufacturer had a requirement to recognise and reward their sales employees across all their dealerships nationwide.
Innervation Rewards was tasked with developing a client branded online portal, where the motor manufacturer’s sales staff could upload ‘proof of sale’ documentation. This documentation would then be assessed and validated by Head Office, and the employees, INREWARDS card would then be loaded with a corresponding monetary award value, which could be spent at their leisure.
Through this process, the manufacturer was able to track sales, and recognise and reward outstanding employees for their sales efforts.
